We used to sit all day in our beautiful offices in the Highlands of Louisville, KY. And now, like everyone else, we sit all day in front of Zoom and Slack and employ a fully remote workforce.

KBD has embraced remote work and now has employees across the entire country. We’ve negotiated time zone differences, fostered strong communication with each other and with clients, financed awesome home office setups, and even host in-person gatherings to continue to create a healthy, fun place to work. There is no anonymity here. We are committed to helping forge great relationships with each other to weather the inevitable stress that comes with agency life.

We also recognize that screen fatigue is real, and that caring for our families and ourselves should remain a priority. KBD encourages our team to take PTO as needed, as well as flexible work hours to accommodate everyday life (school pickups, for example).
